Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting digital products with delivery outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate needs into requirements.
• Effective communication across business, product, tech, marketing, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product discovery, strategy and planning to shape journeys and priorities.
• Manage backlog with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and value.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and cross-functional partners on launches.
• Lead or support user acceptance testing to ensure requirements and accessibility.
