• Create BRDs, functional specs, and process maps to guide delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to align solutions with objectives and requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication among business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
