Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior business analysis, project delivery, or closely related technology roles.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvement.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience partnering directly with both business users and technical development teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SQL, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience supporting credit risk or related financial-services risk functions is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology partners throughout project delivery.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-analysis activities.
• Translate business objectives and credit-risk requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• Support projects throughout the SDLC, including requirements, development coordination, testing, and deployment.
• Develop reports, dashboards, process documentation, and materials used for project tracking and decision-making.
• Manage communication, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders.
