Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and workflows.
• Solid SDLC and Agile delivery knowledge.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and PMs across projects.
• Proficient with Excel, Visio, and JIRA.
• Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions and specs.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, and process diagrams.
• Evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation.
• Collaborate with tech teams to align solutions with requirements.
• Support system implementations, testing, UAT, and rollout.
• Facilitate communication among business users, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
