• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications that technical teams can implement.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating requirements workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, workflow analysis, gap analysis, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience supporting application development, system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or Tableau .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in financial services, banking technology, or risk-related business functions is advantageous.
