Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience supporting full project lifecycles in risk and regulatory projects.
• Strong Agile background with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex risk needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Preferred CBAP or PMI-PBA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation sessions
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
• Assess existing risk-related business processes and identify automation opportunities
