Qualifications

• Ten years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with IT strategy, planning and roadmaps.
• IIBA ECBA/CCBA/CBAP, AAC, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA and SAFe POPM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings between IT and business areas and communicate decisions.
• Analyze and document current and future state business processes.
• Capture and translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT architects and business clients on solution design.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and provide value to stakeholders.
