Qualifications

• Five to eight years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in the utility industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads meetings and communications between IT and the business area.
• Analyzes workflows to identify improvements and supports solution development.
• Documents business requirements and user stories for various project methodologies.
• Contributes to IT roadmaps and assesses value of enhancement requests.
• Coordinates with internal and external teams for development workloads.
