Job summary

Eversource Energy in Manchester, NH, seeks an HRIS Analyst to join a multi-organizational team. You will ensure data accuracy in HR systems, deliver high-quality service to HR customers, and develop reports and analytics to meet business needs.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business objectives into technical specifications, implement system improvements, and provide training and support. Hybrid work policy applies; travel between MA/CT/NH may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years business, information systems and/or technical experience.
• Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
• Experience with HRIS and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy of all transactions and data in the systems.
• Provides accurate, consistent, and timely responses to HR process, system, and data requests.
• Collaborates with HR to process mass system changes such as reorganizations, job changes, union agreements, etc.
• Assesses current system utilization and implements improvements such as configuration changes, notifications, macros, and reports.
• Collaborates with HRIS team on application upgrades, training and streamlined processes.
• Assists in core HR processes such as Open Enrollment and Compensation cycles.
• Develops training, guides, and documentation on applications and conducts user training.
• Assists in data analytics and creates/ analyzes complex reports.
• Gathers business requirements and develops functional specifications for reports/configuration.
• Ensures system compliance with data security, SOX and privacy requirements.
• Keeps knowledge of trends in HR systems and vendors.
• Performs project-based tasks for the COE and business lines.
