Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of business processes and needs across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business customers to demonstrate changes and ensure requirements are addressed.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements including rules, workflows and data mapping.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and user guides; participate in UAT.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations; ensure compliance with industry regulations.
