Job summary

Essex Management, embedded in Emmes, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business operations with technology delivery. You will gather requirements, map processes, craft user stories, and drive implementation across clinical operations, research, finance, HR, and supply chain.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, informatics, and IT teams to define solutions, oversee change management, and ensure governance and security standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required in IT, health informatics, public health, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles and leadership opportunities.
• 6+ years of progressive BA experience in health IT, enterprise tech, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop business models, process maps, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Communicate findings and risks to technical teams and leadership.
• Support SDLC and Agile delivery, including backlog management and UAT.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across operations, research, finance, HR, and supply chain.
