Creative Information Technology Inc is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead discovery, analyze IT and business processes, and document gaps and requirements, partnering with IT and county stakeholders to ensure accurate governance and recovery readiness.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in complex IT environments, strong elicitation and facilitation skills, and advanced MS 365/Visio capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT environments.
Strong requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Visio.
Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and County stakeholders.
Inventory and analyze existing documentation, processes, and dependencies.
Document current-state processes, gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization.
Create process maps, workflows, data flows, and matrices using Visio and 365 tools.
Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and system documentation.
Translate SME knowledge into structured source material and collaborate with a Technical Writer.
Facilitate review sessions to ensure accurate reflection of County operations.
Maintain a documentation backlog, status, priorities, ownership, and dependencies.
