Job summary

Qualifications

• Translate business needs and product direction into clear requirements and user stories.
• Lead detailed requirements gathering with a primary focus on SMS.
• Ensure requirements meet regulatory, privacy, and consent considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager and stakeholders to understand digital communication needs and desired outcomes.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for digital communication initiatives, with a primary focus on SMS.
• Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end scenarios for technical delivery.
• Work with business users to validate requirements and expected outcomes before development.
• Incorporate Legal, Privacy, Quality, consent, and regulatory requirements into detailed requirements.
• Understand HIPAA, TCPA, privacy, consent considerations to identify review needs.
• Document current-state and future-state processes and journeys for solution design.
• Identify data, integration, dependencies, and operational impacts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and timelines.
• Support product management with backlog refinement and ensuring readiness for delivery.
• Maintain requirement traceability and communicate changes to impacted teams.
• Assist with testing, release, and production deployment readiness.
