• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with project management from planning through implementation required.
• Healthcare operations, digital health, informatics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Epic, MyChart, or equivalent healthcare technology platforms preferred.
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads assigned business analysis workstreams for enterprise digital engagement initiatives.
• Translates priorities into defined problems, improvement opportunities, recommendations, and actionable plans.
• Leads workflow assessments and redesign for patient engagement and care pathways.
• Oversees implementation, optimization, validation, and operational readiness of digital patient engagement tools like Epic MyChart.
• Develops KPIs and analyzes operational data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinates testing, adoption, and post-implementation evaluation with stakeholders.
