Job summary
MiniMed in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst, Digital Communications to translate business needs and customer journeys into clear, actionable requirements. You will partner with business users across marketing, QA, and legal to ensure compliance and seamless SMS-based communications.
Experience in regulated healthcare and Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable; you will collaborate with technology delivery teams to deliver and improve digital customer communications, including
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in digital technology or relevant field.
- Advanced Degree with 2+ years of experience in digital technology or relevant field.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements for technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Manager and stakeholders to understand digital communication needs and outcomes.
- Lead requirements gathering for digital communications with a focus on SMS.
- Translate requirements into clear business and functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Document current and future-state business processes and journeys.
