You will translate business needs, customer journeys, and product direction into validated, implementable requirements, with a strong focus on SMS, and collaborate with global teams to deliver across discovery to production.

You will partner with Product Management, architecture, developers, QA, and data teams to define acceptance criteria, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/TCPA), and

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and validating business and functional requirements for technology initiatives.
• Ability to translate end-to-end business processes into detailed, implementable requirements.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, TCPA, privacy and consent considerations for digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Understand digital communication needs, customer journeys, and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements analysis for SMS-focused initiatives and translate into stories and tests.
• Ensure regulatory and privacy requirements are incorporated into specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Develop end-to-end test scenarios and support UAT, testing, and release readiness.
