Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking an experienced AV/IT support professional to maintain software and hardware, install updates, and provide end-user support across hospital environments. You will lead audiovisual operations for live events, webinars, and hybrid meetings, ensuring high-quality audio and video.

You will also train staff and coordinate with vendors on projects, while maintaining system documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant AV/IT experience in a healthcare or 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support audiovisual operations for live events and hybrid meetings.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems and related hardware.
• Provide technical support for Zoom, Teams, and other platforms.
• Manage livestreaming and production workflows for events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on projects.
• Perform PC hardware/software support and preventive maintenance.
• Train users and support staff on AV equipment and best practices.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to IT strategy implementations.
