Job summary

GTN Solutions is seeking an on-site Audio Visual & IT Support Technician to maintain conference room technology and support end users in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will manage AV equipment, assist with deployments, and troubleshoot a range of devices while delivering excellent customer service to staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AV technologies and end-user computing environments.
• Working knowledge of conferencing platforms and meeting room equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Healthcare, enterprise, or corporate technology support experience preferred.

Responsibilities
