Technical-Operations is seeking an experienced Multimedia Video Technician to support executive meetings, town halls, webcasts, and large-scale events in New York. You will deliver high-level AV service with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction.
The role requires 8+ years in corporate, broadcast, and live event environments, with strong video system knowledge and hybrid meeting expertise. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of Audio-Visual or Live Event Video experience.
- Advanced operation of video switching systems (Barco, Ross) in live event environments.
- Experience supporting hybrid events, including Zoom/Ms Teams/Webex.
- Proficiency in multi-camera setups, shading, and broadcast-quality productions.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment for live events and broadcasts.
- Ensure seamless operation during live presentations and webcasts.
- Troubleshoot video, playback, and streaming issues in real time.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet technical requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and pre-event checks of AV gear.
- Own pre-meeting AV checks for VIP and executive events.
- Schedule AV support for high-profile events and coordinate vendor support.
