Ensures the maintenance of software and hardware; implements new or updated software modules. Ensures that support is provided for all end-user equipment including, desktop, laptop, printers, scanners and hospital equipment. Ensures that service level commitments and deliverables are met.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and support audiovisual operations for live events, webinars, meetings, broadcasts, and hybrid collaboration environments
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems, including audio, video, camera, and streaming technologies
- Provide technical support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Manage livestreaming and production workflows for internal and external events, maintaining high-quality audio and video standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and vendors to deliver successful events, technology projects, and operational improvements
- Perform PC hardware/software support, system diagnostics, documentation, and preventive maintenance of AV infrastructure.
- Train and mentor users and support staff on AV equipment, collaboration tools, and best practices
- Installs, configures, and tests client workstations and related hardware and software.
- Diagnoses and resolves all hardware and software issues across a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, iPads, and scanners.
- Recommends, plans, and implements performance upgrades to PC boxes, including but not limited to installing hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, motor boards, memory chips, and CD-ROMS.
- Collaborates with lead technicians and supports service line operation initiatives and program development.
- Assists with the implementation of IT strategies.
- Maintains current knowledge of system(s) information, changes, updates and emerging technologies.
- Escalates issues between applications and other interfaced systems and infrastructure and assists with investigation and resolutions.
- Provides hands-on support and training to end users.

Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
Highly Preferred
- Video Collaboration & Room Systems
- Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), or Cisco/Webex room systems
- Poly, Neat, Logitech, or Crestron Flex room hardware
- Fleet management and monitoring via Zoom Device Management, Teams Rooms Pro Management portal, or Crestron XiO Cloud
- AV Control & Audio Systems
- Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS control systems
- Biamp Tesira or comparable audio DSP configuration and troubleshooting
- Shure, Sennheiser, or comparable ceiling microphone arrays and wireless microphone systems
- Live Event Production & Streaming
- Live event production, hybrid events, webinars, and broadcast support
- Livestreaming and encoding workflows (OBS, vMix, Wirecast, Epiphan/Pearl, or comparable)
- PTZ camera operation and control, video switching, and signal flow
- AV Networking
- VLANs, QoS, multicast, and bandwidth management for AV and media traffic
- Dante / AES67 audio-over-IP
- Firewall and port configuration for Zoom and Microsoft Teams media traffic
- Environment & Support Experience
- Healthcare or other 24/7 enterprise environment
- Telehealth carts, clinical or procedural space AV, boardroom and executive support
- Preventive maintenance programs and AV asset documentation
- After-hours and weekend event coverage
- Certifications — bonus, not required
- AVIXA CTS or CTS-I
- Dante Level 1 or 2
- Crestron or Extron manufacturer certification
- Zoom or Microsoft Teams Rooms administration
