Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AV Production Technician to support planning, setup, and delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual events across Amgen’s spaces. You’ll manage Dante audio networks, NDI video workflows, streaming and webcasting, and support Webex, Teams, and Zoom in high‑pressure environments.

You will work with stakeholders, vendors, and event teams to ensure polished productions, pre‑event checks, and reliable technical execution, while maintaining equipment standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual event production in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of pro audio systems, including microphones, mixers, DSPs, and live troubleshooting.
• Experience with Dante audio, NDI video, streaming, and virtual event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technical execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV systems including audio consoles, cameras, encoders/decoders, and displays.
• Manage Dante audio networks and NDI video workflows for reliable production.
• Provide streaming/webcasting support and assist virtual meeting platforms (Webex, Teams, Zoom).
• Assist with pre-event checks, room validation, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
