The role emphasizes strategic oversight, stakeholder communication, and mentorship to drive program milestones and a smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Extensive experience in IT and/or Automation with a track record of project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead senior project managers and tech SMEs to deliver IT/Automation solutions.
• Ensure alignment with global standards and manage scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and report on program progress to leadership.
