Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an IT Asset Management Lead in Nashville to build and own the program for hardware, software, applications, vendors, and contracts. This senior IC role drives governance, lifecycle practices, and secure asset management from acquisition to retirement.

The Lead partners with IT, Information Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders in a highly regulated healthcare environment, ensuring HIPAA, SOC 2, and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT asset management, software asset management, hardware asset management, technology operations, vendor management, or related discipline.
• Experience owning or substantially contributing to an enterprise IT asset management program.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, SaaS, vendor, contract, and technology-service lifecycles.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our Nashville office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office.

Responsibilities

• IT Asset Management Strategy & Governance: Own and continuously improve the program across hardware, software, applications, vendors, and contracts.
• Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage lifecycle processes for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other company-owned technology equipment.
• Software & Application Lifecycle Management: Maintain an authoritative inventory of software and SaaS apps including ownership, cost, renewal, and lifecycle status.
• Vendor, Contract & Financial Management: Coordinate vendor lifecycle, renewals, and financial obligations across stakeholders.
