Charlie Health, Inc. seeks an IT Asset Management Lead to own and continuously improve the company’s hardware, software, applications, vendors, and contracts.

You will establish scalable lifecycle practices, maintain reliable asset records, and drive cost savings while ensuring secure, compliant asset management from acquisition to retirement. The role partners with IT, Information Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, People, and business stakeholders.

Competenze

• 7+ years of IT asset management experience.
• Experience owning or substantially contributing to an enterprise IT asset mgmt program.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, SaaS lifecycles.
• Able to work in-office near Union Square, NYC (hybrid).

Mansioni

• Own and continuously improve the IT asset management program across hardware, software, applications, vendors and contracts.
• Establish policies, standards, controls, and operating procedures covering the full technology asset lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority as the subject-matter expert.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including onboarding/offboarding support.
• Manage software/SaaS lifecycle, renewals, usage tracking, and license optimization.
