Charlie Health is seeking an IT Asset Management Lead to own and optimize our hardware, software, and vendor lifecycle across the organization. This senior individual contributor role focuses on scalable processes, reliable asset records, and cost-conscious improvements in a regulated healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to drive governance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement while ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.

Competenze

• 7+ years in IT asset or related management roles.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise IT asset management program.
• Willing to work in-office 4 days per week near Union Square, NYC.

Mansioni

• Own and continually improve IT asset management across hardware, software, vendors and contracts.
• Establish asset lifecycle policies and operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate asset records and support lifecycle from acquisition to retirement.
• Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop reports on inventory accuracy, utilization, spend, renewals and outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2 controls alignment and audit readiness.
