The ideal candidate should possess 4-7 years of IT Asset Management experience, have advanced skills in ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related IT operations roles.
• Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and operational owner of ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• Lead configuration improvements and lifecycle automation within ServiceNow ITAM.
• Monitor asset data accuracy through proactive governance.
• Oversee software entitlement management and compliance within ServiceNow SAM.
