Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Asset Senior Manager to lead IT asset management across the government sector. The role requires managing asset lifecycles, licenses, and inventory while aligning with enterprise IT strategies.

You will collaborate with multiple IT teams, support audits, and drive policy improvements in asset governance, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of significant experience in IT asset management, configuration management, inventory control, and/or technology lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, coordinating new asset deployments and retirement of obsolete assets
• Monitor software license usage, manage renewals, and work with procurement on cost‑effective licensing
• Generate regular asset reports for stakeholders and assist budget planning for asset acquisitions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper asset allocation and utilization, assist in troubleshooting asset‑related issues
• Stay current with asset management best practices and technologies
