Job summary

Encova Insurance seeks a Senior IT Asset Management Administrator to advance ITAM practices, governance, and automation. This role leads ServiceNow HAM/SAM implementations, ensuring data accuracy and lifecycle optimization across hardware and software assets.

Based in Columbus, OH or Charleston, WV with a hybrid schedule, the ideal candidate collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT teams to drive cost efficiency and compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, ServiceNow administration, or related IT operations roles.
• Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle processes, governance, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence process adoption.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and operational owner of Encova’s ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
• Lead configuration improvements, workflow enhancements, and lifecycle automation within ServiceNow ITAM.
• Ensure asset data accuracy through proactive monitoring, reconciliation, and governance controls.
• Partner with ServiceNow platform owners to design scalable, maintainable ITAM solutions.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and procurement, inventory, CMDB, and endpoint management systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ITAM staff and cross‑functional contributors.
