Qualifications

5+ years of ITAM platform experience.
Experience with software licensing programs and vendor audits.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
Strong data integrity and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management for hardware, software, cloud services, and licenses.
Maintain asset inventories using CMDB and discovery tools.
Manage software license compliance, entitlements, true-ups, and audits.
Analyze asset utilization, costs, and trends for optimization.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT Operations.
Conduct audits and compliance reporting (SOX, GDPR).
Evaluate and optimize ITAM tools and automation (e.g., ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, SCCM/Intune).
