Qualifications

• 5+ years of ITAM platform experience.
• Experience with software licensing programs and vendor audits.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Strong data integrity and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management for hardware, software, cloud services, and licenses.
• Maintain asset inventories using CMDB and discovery tools.
• Manage software license compliance, entitlements, true-ups, and audits.
• Analyze asset utilization, costs, and trends for optimization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT Operations.
• Conduct audits and compliance reporting (SOX, GDPR).
• Evaluate and optimize ITAM tools and automation (e.g., ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, SCCM/Intune).
