Job summary

R3 LLC is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager to lead and continuously improve the ITAM program and PC Depot operations. You will own the complete asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.

You will drive process improvements, develop scalable practices, manage a high-performing team, and partner with internal teams and vendors to support client engagements and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT Asset Management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with ITAM standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the IT Asset Management program and PC Depot operations.
• Manage full asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop scalable asset management practices and drive process improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking for the ITAM department.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support service delivery.
