Job summary

DMI in Baltimore, MD is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support our client with onsite asset tracking and user onboarding. The role involves inventory sign-in/out, assisting staff with device setup, password resets, and basic software access in a fast-paced office environment.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or 3 years related experience) and strong attention to detail, customer service, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
• Required Skills & Certifications: Excellent attention to detail; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to lift or move at least 5-10 pounds at one time; Knowledge of basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Guide staff receiving laptops through key basic processes (e.g. resetting password, locating and orienting to Microsoft Office and other programs, connecting to Wifi, etc.)
