Job summary

Qualifications

• ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, asset lifecycle, and licensing basics.
• Experience with regulated industries (healthcare/finance) required.
• Proven ability to manage large inventories across locations.
• Strong governance, policy development, and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CMDB is accurate and updated regularly.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of deliveries for timely fulfillment.
• Update processes to manage asset inventory using CMDB tools.
• Ensure asset requests are addressed promptly with status updates.
• Develop and mature IT asset lifecycle management processes.
• Procure assets based on enterprise requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
