Job summary

Retail Business Services is seeking a qualified candidate to lead the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program in Salisbury, North Carolina. The ideal applicant will have over 13 years of experience in IT asset management and people management, along with a preferred Master degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ITAM processes aligned with company objectives.

The position also requires strong ITIL certification, solid technical knowledge, and skills to work independently and in a team. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

• More than 13 years of experience in ITAM and People Management or a combination of IT/Legal/Finance.
• Holds/willing to obtain relevant certifications in IT/legal/finance domain(s).
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve the US ITAM program as mandated by executive management.
• Design and evolve an aligned ITAM Operating Model including budget and stakeholders.
• Comply with global SAM policies.

Skills

ITIL certified

Clear written and verbal skills

Solid technical knowledge and experience in Information Technology

5 years of experience with ITSM/ITIL Processes, roles and responsibilities

5 years of experience with CMDB and Asset Management

Education

Master degree preferred in relevant field or Information Technology

4 year degree
