• Lead upgrades, installations, and enhancement requests with documented procedures.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with Infrastructure, Analytics, and Help Desk teams.
• Document workflows, decisions, and project deliverables in standard templates.
• Champion AI-enabled tools within build, support, and analysis workflows.
