Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call as required.
• Assist junior team members to resolve incidents, maintenance items, and enhancements.
• Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and Help Desk teams.
• Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with department policies.
• Mentor junior staff and document workflows across the organization.
• Lead major software upgrade initiatives and oversee new installations.
