Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst - Web Applications in Palo Alto to support Epic modules and ancillary systems. You will implement, administer, and support systems with minimal supervision, communicating complex concepts clearly across teams.

Role requires Epic certification within 3 months, 5 years of related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers on-site work with the potential for collaboration across ITS teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Epic certification within 3 months of employment.
• Five years of progressively responsible related work experience; Epic MyChart or EpicCareLink experience is a plus.
• Experience with major Epic upgrades or implementations is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in business terms.

Mansioni

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents including 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with incident resolution and system enhancements.
• Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting and Help Desk teams.
• Implement changes using approved procedures and document workflows.
• Lead and participate in software upgrade initiatives and new installations.
• Maintain project documents with technical details, goals, deliverables, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve applications' functionality and stability.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Research issues and propose structured, well-reasoned solutions.
