Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3) to support our cloud-based Digital Solutions and government clients from the US, fully remote.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, incident management, and proactive platform improvements. You will lead complex incidents, collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams, and maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring stability and performance across cloud services and on-prem

Competenze

• 5+ years in leading and supporting enterprise apps, especially in L3 support.
• Cloud-based architecture experience and on-prem multi-tier setups.
• Strong IT service delivery, incident, problem, and change management knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Mansioni

• Lead complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales to improve platforms.
• Monitor systems, manage alerts, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Drive process improvements and automation for IT service delivery.
