Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3) to join our Global Technical Application Support team. This remote role supports US government and commercial clients from the US, with shift rotations and on-call duties.
You will own complex incidents, collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product Owners, monitor systems, automate processes, and ensure service delivery. Requires 5+ years in enterprise app support, cloud experience, Linux expertise, and strong
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading and supporting enterprise apps in an L3 role.
- Experience with cloud-based and on-prem multi-tier architectures.
- Strong IT service delivery knowledge across incident, problem, change.
- Proficient in Linux and cloud troubleshooting via logs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex incidents and own client relationships until resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales to improve platforms.
- Monitor systems, manage alerts, participate in on-call rotations.
- Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
- Own tasks and projects with quality and timely delivery.
