Iron Mountain is seeking a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3) to provide expert-level technical support for Digital Solutions applications deployed on cloud services, with a focus on commercial and US government clients.

The role requires US residency and readiness for shift rotations, ensuring stability and performance. You will troubleshoot, perform deep diagnostics, and work with Engineering, DevOps, and Product Owners to onboard new clients and enhance platforms for scalability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience leading and supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Cloud-based architecture and on-prem multi-tier experience.
• Proficiency in Linux and log analysis for troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Mansioni

• Lead resolution of complex incidents with root-cause analysis and ownership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales to improve platforms.
• Monitor systems, manage alerts, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Drive process improvements and automation for ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• Own assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with quality.
