Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3) to provide expert technical support for Digital Solutions applications hosted across cloud and on‑prem environments.

This remote US role requires a candidate who can manage critical incidents, perform deep diagnostics, and own client relationships through resolution. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring systems, and driving automation to improve stability and performance for

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in leading/supporting enterprise applications in L3 capacity.
Cloud-based architectures and on‑prem multi‑tier environments experience.
Strong IT service delivery including Incident/Problem/Change management.

Responsibilities

Lead resolution of complex application incidents with root-cause analysis and client ownership.
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales to improve platforms.
Monitor systems, manage alerts, participate in on-call rotations.
Drive process improvement and automation for faster resolutions.
Own tasks and projects from start to finish with quality results.
