Horizon3 is hiring for a Tier 2/3 IT Support role to serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues across a distributed workforce. You will own advanced configuration and troubleshooting in Jamf, Intune, and Okta/Entra, and drive process improvements for onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has substantial IT support experience with Tier 2/3 responsibilities, strong troubleshooting across MacOS/Windows, and comfort working

Competenze

• Experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations with Tier 2/3 responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting across MacOS/Windows endpoints, networking basics, and enterprise software.
• Experience with endpoint management and identity platforms (Jamf, Intune, Okta/Entra).
• Comfort working remotely with occasional travel to Horizon3 offices.
