Horizon3 is a fully remote cybersecurity company that helps teams securely support a distributed workforce. The Senior IT Analyst will provide advanced, hands‑on IT support, serve as Tier 2/3 escalation, and drive improvements in tooling, processes, and documentation for a growing team.

You’ll own complex endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues and occasionally travel to Horizon3 offices (including Chicago) for upgrades and events, ensuring secure and productive work environments across the

• Substantial IT support experience with Tier 2/3 responsibilities for a distributed workforce.
• Strong troubleshooting across MacOS/Windows endpoints and enterprise software.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical staff; business language.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a queue of concurrent requests.
• Willingness to travel to Horizon3 offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced, hands‑on IT support and escalation for complex issues.
• Own or co‑own configuration and troubleshooting in endpoint, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Offer office and event support, and travel to offices for upgrades and events.
• Refine ticket triage, escalation paths, and SLAs with IT leadership.
• Create and maintain runbooks, guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage device lifecycle with IT and People teams.
