Job summary

Catena Operations Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior IT Administrator to run day-to-day IT operations for our Malta office, focusing on automation and AI-powered IT service delivery. You will manage the Atlassian stack and support Windows and Mac devices, while improving workflows and integrations.

The role combines hands-on IT administration with service desk duties, emphasizing security, efficiency, and continuous improvement of IT services across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
Hands-on IT operations and service desk experience.
Familiarity with AI-assisted support, automation, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Administer and improve the Atlassian suite, including workflows, permissions, and automation.
Design, build, and maintain automations to reduce repetitive IT tasks.
Act as escalation point for Atlassian-related issues and enhancements.
Manage Windows and Mac devices via Intune and Jamf with security and reliability.
Oversee asset management and device lifecycle.
Administer identity and access management via Azure AD / Entra ID (SSO, MFA, conditional access).
Ensure IT service desk delivery meets SLA with timely resolution of incidents and requests.
