Job summary

Lansweeper is expanding its ISV partner ecosystem to accelerate ARR growth in the cybersecurity space. The Senior ISV Strategic Partnership Business Development Manager will own development, expansion, and commercialization of partnerships globally, turning Lansweeper's AI-driven asset intelligence into joint go-to-market moves with cybersecurity, ITSM, SAM, and CMDB automation partners.

You will recruit new ISVs, align integration roadmaps, monetize partnerships, and lead Executive Business

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in ISV business development, OEM alliances, or strategic technology partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in cybersecurity partnerships and API-driven integrations.
• Proven track record executing co-sell, co-market, and embedded integration motions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Lansweeper's global ISV partnership strategy with a cybersecurity focus.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISVs for embedded, sell-through, and co-sell models.
• Drive revenue growth within existing ISV accounts through joint planning and reviews (EBRs).
• Build and execute co-marketing and enablement programs with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Own and report partner KPIs including partner-sourced ARR and integration adoption.
• Represent Lansweeper at industry events to expand the ISV network.
