Leidos is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support a large software development program at Annapolis Junction, MD. The role emphasizes implementing security policies, evaluating solutions, and maintaining certification artifacts for complex information systems.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 10+ years of ISSO experience, and strong experience with IAVA management and SSP maintenance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• At least 10 years of ISSO experience, independently or on teams.
• At least 5 years using tools to support IAVA management.
• At least 5 years using tools to prepare, maintain, and manage SSPs and related documentation.
• Experience with current security tools, encryption techniques, and security evaluations of software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Assist in evaluating security solutions to meet requirements for processing information.
• Assist with configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Analyze threats and implement best practices for incident detection and remediation.
• Maintain records on devices and systems to include upgrades and security posture.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Certification & Accreditation and IA artifacts.
• Support ISSM in maintaining operational IA posture for systems/enclaves.
