Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ISSO for a large software development program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role covers policy enforcement, risk assessment, and lifecycle security support across software and network environments, with emphasis on SSP maintenance and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in security, TS/SCI with polygraph, and hands-on experience in IAVA management, DoD policy implementation, and secure software practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• Must have at least 10 years of ISSO experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of IAVA management experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of SSPs and security documentation experience.
• Experience with security tool suites and encryption methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce information systems security policies and standards.
• Evaluate security solutions to meet requirements for multiple information types.
• Perform configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Analyze threats and develop incident detection and remediation methods.
• Maintain records for systems components and perform upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system security plans and IA documentation.
• Support ISSM in maintaining operational IA posture.
