Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security for a large software development program at Annapolis Junction, MD. You will implement security policies, manage IAVA responses, and maintain system security plans across complex IT environments.

The role requires DoD 8570 compliance with IAT IAM levels and extensive ISSO experience, working with ISS teams to protect critical data and ensure continuous security operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent.
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• 10+ years ISSO experience in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies and standards.
• Manage IAVA responses and security scans to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Maintain system security plans and IA documentation.
• Support ISSM in maintaining operational IA posture for system/program/enclave.
• Develop and update system security policies and ensure compliance.
