Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Intelligence Collection Manager / ISR SME to support the Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. You will design, plan, execute, and assess Joint and multinational training events focused on intelligence operations, targeting, and decision support.

This role requires TS/SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and 8+ years of relevant experience, with on-site work in Suffolk and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in intelligence operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and coalition partners.
• Strong briefing, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligence Targeting advisor providing senior-level planning and SME input.
• Integrate targeting considerations across the Joint Training System and life cycle.
• Provide intelligence targeting training and materials for exercises.
• Operate targeting dissemination systems and develop realistic target packages.
• Advise on intelligence operations, targeting systems, and information sharing.
• Develop and manage Joint Integrated Prioritized Target Lists and related assets.
• Lead ISWGs and targeting boards and coordinate across services and partners.
• Analyze adversary capabilities and propose enhancements to exercises.
• Support Exercise Control, intelligence cells, and planning teams during execution.
• Conduct post-exercise analysis and lessons learned to improve readiness.
