Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Intelligence Collection Manager / ISR SME to support DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. You will design, plan, execute, and assess Joint and multinational training events focused on intelligence operations, targeting, and decision-making.

Responsibilities include leading targeting advisory efforts, integrating targeting throughout the Joint Training System, and developing target packages for complex exercises with senior leaders. On-site work and 25% travel required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8 years of relevant military/government/industry experience.
• Experience with Combatant Commands and Joint Staff.
• Understanding of F2T2EA and TCPED cycles.
• Experience developing ISR and targeting products.
• Ability to work on-site in Suffolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligence Targeting advisor for joint exercises.
• Integrate targeting considerations across JTS and JELC.
• Provide training and materials for intel objectives during exercises.
• Operate targeting dissemination systems for realistic workflows.
• Develop target packages across classification levels.
• Provide strategic intelligence support and analysis.
• Develop and manage JIPTLs, RTLs, No-Strike Lists, and intel requirements.
• Lead ISWGs and targeting boards across partners.
• Analyze adversary capabilities and emerging threats.
• Support environment development and scenario integration.
• Support EXCON and exercise planning teams during events.
• Conduct post-exercise analysis and lessons learned.
