Job summary

Serco is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager/ISR SME to support Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. You will design, plan, execute, and assess joint and multinational training events focused on intel collection, ISR employment, and targeting integration. You will integrate intel perspectives across Joint and coalition partners to enhance readiness and decision advantage.

This TS/SCI role requires active clearance, U.S. citizenship, and on-site work in Suffolk, VA with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
U.S. Citizenship required.
8 years of intel experience in related fields.
15 years in military, government, or industry roles supporting intel ops.
Experience with Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or similar headquarters.
Strong knowledge of TCPED and intel collection management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead collection management and ISR advisory for exercise planning and assessment.
Develop CMPs and intel support strategies aligned with exercise objectives.
Coordinate CISRs and intel requirements for Joint exercises.
Lead ISWGs and coordinate intel participation across services and partners.
Develop intel products, threat assessments, JIPTLs, RTLs, and No-Strike Lists.
Provide training and mentorship to Joint Force Headquarters and audience.
